Physical AI: Achieving AI Autonomous Picking with Teaching-less

AI autonomous picking: The robot understands the verbal instruction "Take ○○ and place it in the box on the right," recognizes the object with a camera, and moves autonomously.

Do you have any of the following concerns? - Not enough people are gathering - I want to automate, but the target work changes frequently - The teaching workload is significant - 3D cameras and specialized equipment are expensive - I can't see the ROI, so I can't make investment decisions We propose an autonomous picking system utilizing AI. This system understands natural language instructions such as "pick up XX and place it in the box on the right," recognizes the target objects from camera images, and allows the robot to autonomously execute pick and place tasks. 【Features】 - Minimization of specialized fixtures - Work instructions in natural language - Flexible response to work changes - Safe operation using collaborative robots 【Comparison with Conventional Methods】 Conventional Equipment - Requires teaching for each workpiece - Vulnerable to layout changes - High setup change workload AI Autonomous Picking - Target recognition by AI - Flexible workpiece handling - Reduction in teaching workload - Easy future expansion of targets Please consult us starting with a Proof of Concept (PoC).
